I think its okay, specially cause a lot of owners post it directly so you can save a lot of money on the real estates fee!
But be careful, if it sounds too good to be true, is probably a scam! (I saw an amazing officetel right in front of the metro in Busan for less than 40만원 and only 100만원 보증금, and after talking to the owner I realized the korean was not natural, so it was probably a scam!)
